Hi guys! Our flatmate is making the move above the river and so will sadly leaving our tenancy in the next few weeks. We are looking for another sociable female to take over her room until end of May 2025

The Flat – This lovely apartment is just a 3-minute walk from Balham station. It’s modern and cozy, with a spacious double room available featuring built-in wardrobes. It also includes a desk, chair and mirror if wanted! The flat is in a building of five flats, on the top floor with a balcony which has a great view of the city skyline.

Area – Located in Balham, the flat is above a Yardsale and Pho and right opposite a big Sainsbury’s. It’s conveniently only 3 minutes from Balham station so easy access to the Northern Line and National Rail. Only a 5-minute walk to Tooting Common and 15 minutes from Clapham and Wandsworth Commons.

You would be sharing the flat with two other girls in their early-mid twenties, both working full-time with a mixture of office and wfh. We are keen to have someone join who they can hang out with and be social in the flat.

Rent is £1058.33 per month, not including bills (which come to approx £100).
